With COVID_19 causing isolation, the Future of Work is now alive and active as we all learn to WFH. An idea shared is from a local CEO of an international company who walks around the block every morning he starts work, so he thinks about his day as he walks and prepares to get ready for work when he 'gets to work' (home). A mindset shift like this can best prepare us for WFH for the foreseeable future. We also need to use ZOOM effectively and perhaps even tools like IdeaScale to drive digital engagement of new ideas, ways of working. A regular 10am coffee slot with colleagues / industry peers might also be a good idea, and even Thursday 5-6pm home happy hour online. We all need to socialise in this next chapter of WFH, so what other ideas do you have?
