Australians have been hit hard in current months by drought, bushfire , cyclone and now social isolation which can furthermore result in rising mental health exasperation.
Organisations to provide virtual programs for employees and their families to access in the home exercise and movement programs using common household items such as chairs, pool noodles, cans of baked beans etc.

Save the environment & save money, without spending it!

Here's a thought: Imagine if you worked at a sporting venue that served drinks in a plastic cup. Let's say, 3,000 people at the event had two drinks per event. Let's assume the cost to the sporting venue, is $1 per plastic cup. One day, Sue 🙍, the bartender, suggested offering a 50c discount to every single person whom reused ♻️ their plastic cup.
